Who are we?

SOMM'S CHOICE was founded by accredited sommelier Michael Skyllas. We offer private wine tasting master-classes, tailored wine packages and corporate gifts.

We work on sourcing outstanding wines for you and you guessed it, as the name suggests, all of our wines are hand selected by a qualified sommelier!

Meet Michael

Michael Skyllas is a Certified Sommelier with years of experience in Sydney's dining scene. His passion and love for wine has pushed him to create SOMM'S CHOICE. Wine is something special, something more than just fermented grape juice. Michael believes that wine is an art form as he describes in his private wine tastings.
