Michael Skyllas is a Certified Sommelier with years of experience in Sydney's dining scene. His passion and love for wine has pushed him to create a platform that is all about wine. Wine is something special, something more than just fermented grape juice. Michael believes that wine is an art form as he describes in his private wine tastings.

Together with his team of Sommeliers, they work on sourcing outstanding wines for you and guide you through the world of wine.
