The 2019 vintage delivers a compelling, modern expression of Corton’s legendary site, combining concentration & structure. The nose is expressive and layered, showing black cherry, wild blackberry and red plum, lifted by notes of violet, spice, crushed stone and aromas from extended oak ageing. The palate is powerful yet finely detailed, with firm, chalky tannins, vibrant acidity and impressive depth, carrying through to a long, structured finish.
