From one of the highest vineyards in the world comes one of Argentina’s most profound white wines. The 2021 White Bones Chardonnay from Catena Zapata’s Adrianna Vineyard is a striking, terroir-driven expression sourced from a single parcel where ancient fossilized limestone and calcareous soils lend an unmistakable mineral signature.
Aromatically intense and complex, it reveals layers of white flowers, citrus peel, ginger, and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate, it is electric—precise and textured—with a racy acidity that frames its chalky minerality and subtle oak influence. The finish is long, stony, and elegant, echoing Grand Cru Burgundy with a distinct Andean soul.

Terroir
Most of the hard work it takes to produce quality wine happens in the vinyard. The soil, the climatic conditions, the aspect, the bodies of water and many more factors, collectively knwon as "terroir" can influence the flavour of wine and give wine distint minerality, depth and character.
