So flinty and mineral, with crushed stones and a wealth of lime peel, grapefruit pith and some white peaches in the mix, as well as strong, refined oyster-shell and iodine-like aromas. Super savory, though, with lemon pastry and almond meal. The palate has a very supple, smooth build of acidity, elevating white-peach, lime-sorbet and crushed-stone flavours. The late surge of spear-like minerals carries long and reveals the true length of this wine to come in time.
