The 2016 Tokaji Oremus Aszú 5 Puttonyos is a gorgeous, gossamer-weight sweetie, creamy in texture yet beautifully balanced by vivid, mouthwatering acidity. Flavors of tangerine and mango explode on the palate, accented by rich hints of toffee and roasted hazelnut and fragrant notes of jasmine, lemon oil, black tea leaf and pickled ginger. Reveals a briny tang of iodine that cleans the lasting finish.
